DANA deposit and withdrawal

DANA is one of the most popular e-wallet payment options on epikwin. OVO and GoPay usage

Both OVO and GoPay follow similar deposit flows. During registration, you link your OVO or GoPay account to your epikwin profile by providing your phone number. Once linked, future deposits require only a one-time password (OTP) confirmation — no re-authentication needed. Deposits via OVO or GoPay range from our welcome offer to our welcome offer per transaction. After you confirm payment in your e-wallet app, the credit arrives in your epikwin balance within subject to verification. Both services support instant balance checks; your transaction receipt is stored in your epikwin transaction history. Processing windows are typically subject to verification. If your account was recently linked, the first withdrawal may take 24–48 hours pending verification by the e-wallet provider.

BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

Bank transfers via virtual account (VA) are available for BCA, Mandiri, BRI and BNI. On the deposit page, select your preferred bank; epikwin generates a unique 16–20 digit VA number. This number is yours alone and remains valid for 24 hours. Transfer the exact amount from your personal bank account to this VA using your bank's mobile app or ATM. The credit appears in your epikwin account within subject to verification. No additional reference number is needed beyond the VA code. For withdrawals, you specify which bank account the funds should return to — this must be the same personal account you used for deposits. Withdrawals to bank accounts typically complete within subject to verification. Some banks may apply end-of-day settlement rules; if your withdrawal is initiated after 5 PM, it may process the next business day.

Fees, limits and verification

epikwin does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees — all costs are passed through transparently from payment providers. E-wallets like DANA, OVO, GoPay and ShopeePay may charge small processing fees (typically 0–non-specific info) depending on your account status; these are deducted by the provider, not by epikwin. Minimum deposit is our welcome offer; maximum is our welcome offer per transaction. Daily account preferences may apply based on your account tier and payment method — check your account settings for current limits. All new accounts must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before their first withdrawal. You upload a government ID (KTP, passport or driving licence) and proof of address within your account dashboard. Verification typically completes within subject to verification; during peak times it may take up to 2 hours.

Resolving a stalled transaction

If a deposit does not credit your epikwin account within the expected window, do not panic — delays occur for several reasons. First, check your payment app or bank transaction history to confirm the payment was sent successfully. If the transaction shows as complete but epikwin has not credited the funds, wait an additional subject to verification and refresh your account balance page. If the deposit still has not appeared after subject to verification, contact epikwin support with your transaction receipt or order ID. Provide a screenshot of your bank confirmation or e-wallet transaction detail. Our support team will investigate the payment with the provider and manually credit your account if the provider confirms receipt but a technical delay prevented auto-crediting. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account failed KYC verification — check your account status in Settings. If verification is pending, provide the missing documents and resubmit. If your withdrawal is stuck longer than expected, contact support within 24 hours; after that timeframe the request may be automatically cancelled and refunded to your account.
